In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the enterprise partner experience from onboarding to expansion, growth and retention. This position is both a strategic and tactical role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to roll up their sleeves to ensure best in class operational experience.
You are experienced in the development / execution of scalable and consistent operations processes that govern the end-to-end lifecycle of partner integrations, partner rollout management, and escalation response. You are passionate about taking a data-driven approach to devise proactive strategies to address potential issues and improve operations and refine them continuously. You are comfortable developing, monitoring, representing partner reliability metrics to top company leadership and stakeholders. A strong alignment for our mission to support and serve all birthing communities wherever they are on their reproductive health journey is important for this role and core to being a Poppy Seed Health employee.
