Since the overturning of Roe V Wade, we have all had to hold the weight of losing our bodily autonomy and each day, we hear more policies and practices being introduced to further keep us away from our basic human rights. In this workshop, we will speak on the importance of returning to ourselves and learning our unique algorithms as a way of connecting us to our bodies' knowing. We will discuss strategies and practices for connecting to your algorithm, what it means to be embodied and how to define liberation for yourself and for the collective.

This will be my last offering of the year and a preview 2023's new content. Can't wait to convene with y'all!
