Flu Recovery & Community Offerings

Update in between resting <3

I’ve been in Mexico for almost a month, specifically Mexico City! It’s been a great start to my sabbatical. Unfortunately, I felt like shit last Sunday and had a horrible migraine. On Monday evening, I had a wonderful doctor come to where I’m staying (love Mexico’s healthcare) and diagnosed me with the flu and a sinus infection 🥴.. Don’t worry! I missed my next flight to Costa Rica but I’m okay. The only lingering symptom has been this damn fatigue. It’s kicking my ass but it’s more reason to rest up 💛

Many may not know this, but I am a Reiki Master and a Spiritual Director in training. I’d love to offer these services virtually to folks in this space once I’m feeling a bit better but for now, I’d love to know who’s interested in sharing some one-on-one time with me in these ways. Everything will be donation-based to start, and priority goes to my subscribers, especially as we all deal with so much suffering in the world. 💔

In the meantime, I was hoping you could send me some energetic support and/or some ways to get through this fatigue.
