January Community Resources
As you are reading this, I am recovering from my partial hysterectomy. I will be moving slower through my newsletter content this month as I take the intentional time to heal during the last part of my sabbatical. The content this month will loosely focus on rest because that is the phase of life that I am in (& many of you are there as well)….rest going into the new year to bring some grounding and balance to our daily practice.

Our mission is to uplift the clients that we work with and this space is to also uplift each other.
