Pros and Cons of the Intersection of Health Tech and Reproductive Justice

In my April 18th newsletter, we explored the ways technology can be used to support and enhance the Reproductive Justice (RJ) movement. Find that piece here! Today, I’d like to get into some of the nitty gritty and talk through and share about specific platforms that I am familiar with. We will look at some of the benefits and challenges of utilizing these systems– either as an organization and/or as an individual. 

These are not the only RJ-focused tools out there, so feel free to share in the comments about other resources our community might want to know about. Furthermore, I am sharing information directly from these websites, along with my personal opinions, given my positionality and values as a Black, queer, liberatory-minded birthworker.
