Bio

Sophia, who lives in the UK, started a willow coffin company called Woven Farewell Coffins five years ago. Through this offering, her small team provide unique and lovingly handmade willow coffins in Dorset, made from British willow. She is passionate about contributing to the momentum of sustainable funerals and empowered families, and offer families the opportunity to come and weave the coffin with them. Woven Farewell Coffins are some of the most sustainable coffins in the UK, and donate part of their profits to the Woodland Trust.
